Foundation Training Opportunities are scheduled this spring in Asia.  Training is now being scheduled on an individual basis; you can either contact us directly via email to recieve David's availabilty and the training details or join the forum for a comprensive look at the training, David's writing, seminar details and student experiences.

Seminars are now available on a per week basis in March and June of 2010.  The cost is 2,000 Euros per week (tuition only); students may choose to study one or more weeks at a time. 

The basic training curriculum for students wishing to fully immerse themselves in the training is as follows. First year students have the option of learning Xing Shen Zhaung and Shen Zheng Gong, level one their first year or just Xing Shen Zhuang. Some students prefer to take four to six months to thoroughly practice Xing Shen Zhuang, a qigong form designed to open the body, as a preparation for the sitting meditation practice of Shen Zheng Gong.
